Placing an order through our website indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. We may amend these terms and conditions from time to time so we ask you to always check here when placing an order.
Each order is treated as an offer to you the customer to purchase subject to these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. Wildlife2Countryside have the right to refuse to supply, at our discretion, any prints that a customer may want to order.
On purchasing these images they are for your own use only, to be displayed in your own property or place of business or to be given as a gift.
every effort is made to ensure that images are a fair representation of what is
seen on the web site, 100% accuracy cannot be guaranteed because all types of computers,
smart phones and note pads can differ in colour and brightness, what the
customer may see on the web site and what they receive could change slightly.
We advise that it is best not to put on a wall where the sun shines as this can diminish the quality of the image over long periods.
Customers’ should consider all above before purchasing.
We endeavour normally to produce prints within 3-5 working days of receiving payment, excluding weekends; this is allowing 48hrs of curing time. Orders are posted 1st class recorded, tracked, signed for, and take from 1-5 days to deliver by Royal Mail to the UK. Deliveries are generally quicker but please take note that these are Royal Mail’s guaranteed delivery times.
Please Note: - Being a small company we may be out on location, we may not be able to respond to you until we get back but we endeavour to respond to and update you on your order progression.
At this moment in time we only accept payment from our secure online payment method (via PayPal), which ensures that all your details will be entirely safe. Under no circumstances will we store any of your financial details on our server. For online payment, you will be redirected to a secure server (operated by PayPal). No financial data, logins or passwords are captured by our-selves or shared with any third party. Your order will only be produced when authorization of your credit/debit card has been properly received.
The delivery addresses that the customer puts on our website whilst going through the order process, is the one that we will send the image to. If you are not available to receive your delivery, Royal Mail will post a collection card through your door with details of how you can receive it, or at your local post office/depot. Your parcel must be collected within 7 working days or it will be sent back to us. If we receive the parcel back to our studio, an additional shipping charge will be requested by the customer before we will re-send and confirmed the address. In the event of any item going missing, we will use the signed for confirmation/track and trace service offered by Royal Mail. If your parcel fails to be delivered, we will reprint the items and reship at no cost to the customer. If an item is missing from your delivery, please first check to ensure the order has not been partly shipped. Any shortages must be notified to us by email within 2 working days. It is your responsibility to inform us immediately of any damage in transit to delivered goods. You must record details on your delivery documentation and inform us within 2 working days. Do not dispose of any packaging, as this will be required for your claim against the Royal Mail. All returns are dealt with by a re-delivery of a new print.
We advice customers to inspect there parcel for any damage externally and if the parcel is damaged then please do-not except it and the parcel will have to be sent back to us. If after you open the parcel and it is damaged in anyway then please contact us by email or by the “contact us” within 5 WORKING DAYS OF DELIVERY DATE. You can also take a picture with your smart phone if you have one and send it via our email address. Once we have received your communication we will process and confirm the fault.
If confirmed you will have 10 days to send back to us at your own cost, and we will reimburse you after the parcel has been inspected on confirmed to be our fault or by delivery. We suggest that you use a recorded and tracked service and to use the same packaging if possible.
It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure that the print is packed in such a way and sent back to us without any further damage in transit, and also to be insured for the full amount.

REFUNDS OR RETURNS

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your product we will re-send or refund your purchase in full, however there are a few simple rules that apply and must be followed.
You must email us within 5
working days of delivery. In
the event of a refund request, the customer must return the product to us. A
full refund will be issued within 5 working days. As our images are
individually printed, a refund will only be offered if the standard of our
product is inferior to that which should reasonably be expected. The product must arrive undamaged and tracked to prove postage.
Failure to comply with the returns rules or if we do-not receive the item back within the allotted time frame we will not give a refund.
